🌍 Safer Internet Day

Today we joined in with Safer Internet Day.

We talked about what the internet is and how we use it to watch videos, play games and learn new things.

We also learned that sometimes the internet can trick us. We looked at pictures of fruits and animals and sorted them into real and fake. Some of the pictures looked very funny and a bit silly! We talked about how some pictures are changed on a computer and are not real.

The children learned that if they are unsure about something they see online, they should always tell a grown-up.

We are learning how to be safe and sensible when using the internet.
