Manchester Museum

Lesson: History

Class: Year 4H Year: 2025 - 2026

Yesterday, 4H had an amazing time at Manchester Museum. In the morning, we had an Ancient Eqyptian workshop, where we learned a lot using artefacts. We had to decide which ancient artefact was the most important based on material, beauty, rarity and their story. With our guide MAttie, we then explored the Egypt exhibition, where we looked at a real mumified body!

In the afternoon, we explored some of the exhibitions throughout the museum - the living worlds exhibition and the fossils and dinosaurs areas.
