The Spider and the Fly - Year 6

Year 6 have been looking at the poem, The Spider and the Fly. This is a poem that was written by Mary Howitt (1829) and was illustrated by Tony DiTerlizzi (2002) who has put a new spin on the narrative. Today, the cchildren became more familiar with the poem by learning a section of it and focussing on the vocabulary used.
