Sir David Attenborough Day

Class: Year 5H Year: 2025 - 2026

For Sir David Attenborough's 100th birthday we had a day devoted to him and the wonderful things he has done for this world. We read a book all about climate change and learned of the dangers of forest fires in the Australian wild. We looked specifically at the risk to Koala's and what can be done for them. We looked at their life cycle (linking back to other Science learning this year) and then had a go at recreating some of the art work in the book.
