Mini First Aid

Lesson: Understanding the World

Class: Rec P Year: 2025 - 2026

As part of our People Who Help Us topic, the children enjoyed taking part in a fun mini first aid session. They learned all about how paramedics and first aiders help people when they are hurt or unwell. The children practised putting plasters on themselves, learned how to place their teddies in the recovery position, and talked about how to call an ambulance in an emergency. Everyone was really engaged and loved getting involved in the hands-on activities. The children were very proud of all they had learned and were delighted to receive a certificate at the end of the session. It was a fantastic way to learn some important life skills while having lots of fun! 🚑🧸🏅
