Lucy from Nelson Street craft workshop Year 2

Today, we were delighted to welcome Lucy from Nelson Street Church. The children took part in a fun and engaging craft workshop, where they revisited the Easter story together.

After discussing the key events, the children created their own Easter symbols using playdough, showing great creativity and understanding. They then made paper Easter eggs, decorating them with images to represent different parts of the story.

It was a lovely, hands-on way for the children to explore the meaning of Easter while enjoying a variety of creative activities.
