We were lucky enough to be welcomed by the poet 'Ian Bland' today. The children enjoyed an assembly this morning, where we all took part in action poem, then the children all took part in workshops, were they created their own poems. Year 6 and Year 3 focussed on 'I'd like to be...' thinking about ryhme and thythm. To end the day, we all took part in a celebration assessbly to share our wonderful work.
We look to provide a safe, secure, stimulating Christian environment in which all our children feel happy and valued as individuals, and where they can learn and play to the best of their abilities, and therefore reach their full potential.
