Ressurection Mindset

At St Peter's we have a unique approach to supporting children with their Mental Health and Well Being... we call it developing a Resurrection Mindset! We aim to encourage all children to be resilient, confident, kind and conscientious individuals who celebrate their differences and can cheer each other on through their school journey.

Pastoral Manager: Mrs F Dawson

Safeguarding Team: Mr D Wood (Designated Safeguarding Lead) , Mrs F Dawson (Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead), Mr A Whelan (Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead) and Mrs M Sutton (Safeguarding Governor)

We acknowledge that some children may need some further support in managing their own well being or mental health, as every child's own circumstances are unique to them. All our staff have been trained in supporting children with their mental health and well being, we also have a skilled pastoral team and senior mental health lead in school. 

Here are the steps we would take to identify a child needing additional support:
